OUR CSR APPROACH

An active commitment to sustainable development, inclusiveness and professional ethics

At INTO-NATIONS translation and conference interpreting agency, we consider corporate social responsibility (CSR) to be an essential pillar of our corporate culture and day-to-day practices. Aware of our role as an employer and supplier, we integrate the principles of sustainability, inclusiveness and non-discrimination into everything we do.

This voluntary approach, which is not certified but is deeply rooted in our values, aims to guarantee a positive impact for our team, our partners and our environment.

OUR SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

1. Ecological transition and responsible management

Our commitment to the environment is at the heart of our corporate strategy. To minimise our environmental footprint, we adopt responsible practices: managing and reducing waste, optimising resources, and raising awareness among our teams of concrete actions to reduce our impact. In fact, our ecological policy has been recognised in the START programme for sustainable and profitable businesses, with a score of 4/5 and a profile described as "forward-looking", demonstrating our desire to innovate in order to achieve sustainable performance.

2. Ethical governance and stakeholder relations

We believe that the success of our agency also depends on the quality of our relationships with our clients, suppliers and employees. For INTO-NATIONS, transparent governance and irreproachable ethics are absolute priorities. With this in mind, we have embarked on a certification process with Positive Workplace, obtaining a score of 15.5/20 in the initial audit, which assessed our practices in terms of governance, environmental impact, local relations and respect for our social commitments. This process, which is currently under way, will enable us to structure and formalise our ethical commitment even further.

PROMOTING DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVENESS

An inclusive and diverse work environment

Diversity is an asset that we fully value. As a signatory of the Diversity Charter, we are firmly committed to equal opportunities and to combating all forms of discrimination. This commitment is reflected in our open and inclusive recruitment practices, which promote diversity in all its forms:

  • Age: we value experience by employing seniors alongside young talent.
  • Sexual orientation: our team includes members of the LGBT+ community, contributing to an open and respectful working environment.
  • Disability: we have adapted a workstation for a disabled employee, and we ensure that all our employees have the conditions they need to work in the best possible conditions.
  • Diverse nationalities and cultures: as a multilingual, international agency, our team represents many nationalities, enriching our perspectives and intercultural understanding.

OUR METHOD FOR GUARANTEEING EXCELLENCE AND SUSTAINABILITY

In order to structure our CSR approach, we have drawn up an internal CSR charter, which applies to all employees and partners with whom we work.

This charter defines guidelines for good ecological practice, professional ethics and respect for human rights. It is a practical guide for all our teams, reinforcing the importance of responsible management in everything we do.
