Notre engagement écologique est au cœur de notre stratégie d’entreprise. Soucieux de minimiser notre empreinte environnementale, nous adoptons des pratiques responsables : gestion et réduction des déchets, optimisation des ressources, et sensibilisation de nos équipes à des actions concrètes pour diminuer notre impact. Notre politique écologique a d’ailleurs été saluée dans le cadre du programme START des entreprises durables et rentables, avec un score de 4/5 et un profil qualifié d’« anticipateur », démontrant notre volonté d’innovation pour une performance durable.
Nous pensons que la réussite de notre agence dépend également de la qualité de nos relations avec nos clients, nos fournisseurs, et nos collaborateurs. Pour INTO-NATIONS, une gouvernance transparente et une éthique irréprochable sont des priorités absolues. C’est dans cette optique que nous avons entamé une démarche de labellisation avec Positive Workplace, obtenant un score de 15,5/20 lors de l’audit initial, qui a évalué nos pratiques en matière de gouvernance, d'impact environnemental, de relations locales, et de respect de nos engagements sociaux. Cette démarche, actuellement en cours, nous permet de structurer et de formaliser davantage notre engagement éthique.
