TRANSLATION

  • Before joining Into-Nations prestigious professional translation teams, prospective translators submit to an extremely strict recruitment procedure. Experience is of the essence, IntoNations only works with professionals who have been in the business for at least 10 years.
  • Translators are recruited via recommendations or speculative applications. To join our teams, translators need to have a masters or equivalent qualification and specialise in a particular field. Shortlisted candidates then pass a series of tests to evaluate their writing style, technical knowledge, working speed and professional approach. The work of successful candidates is systematically verified and rated for a probationary period.

INTERPRETING

  • Before joining Into-Nations elite interpreting teams, prospective interpreters submit to an extremely strict recruitment procedure.
  • Our interpreters are handpicked according to their interpreting technique and know-how but also for their personal qualities: a good interpreter also needs to be flexible and easy-going. All candidates are tested in real-life conditions by our head interpreter.
